A FILIPINO FAMILY TRADITION
Kris BBQ is a Filipino pamilya-owned food truck, born on Guam and built on the flavors we grew up with. Every bbq stick is marinated the way our family always has, grilled over charcoal, and served with the same warmth you'd get at a family table.
We're small, we're proud, and we do it together — parents, kids, and cousins all pitching in. When you eat with us, you're part of the family.
Kris BBQ began as a family dream — one grill, a family recipe passed down through generations, and a whole lot of heart.
Word spread fast at Chamorro Village and the flea markets. Regulars became family, and the family recipe became an island staple.
